iTAN Sun, Spray, Spa is southern California's premiere spray, UV tanning salon & spa with locations in San Diego, Orange County & Inland Empire. iTAN's franchise business model has 30 locations and growing, but with more salons opening and owners operating, the brand suffered from inconsistencies that affected clear communication and ultimately, their sales.
